The Village Resort is a
fully sold out Resort with approx 1000 individual owners. From
time to time some owners wish to sell their week, and this
offers potential buyers a unique opportunity, to purchase a
first week or indeed some extra weeks at a considerable discount
to the original purchase price. If

FIXED WEEK
A “FIXED WEEK” does not require the purchaser to sign a pooling
agreement, and the owner is required to occupy the Apartment
number and the fixed date according to the title. The Resort has
88 Fixed weeks which involves the 22 Apartments for the last
week in December (week 52) and the first three weeks in January
(week’s 1,2,3) Approx every seven years there is a week 53 and
this is a fixed week as well.
There are
two fixed
week’s currently for sale.
These are Week three units Apartments 21 & 22
which are located at the back of the Resort by the tennis court. Each of
them is a one bedroom apartment that sleeps four. The benefit of a week 3
is that the weather usually is much more settled, the schools are
in the process of starting the new term and there is less
children about. This suits the retired couple situation.
The price for
these fixed weeks is $NZD 5,540.00 each.

register of owners wishing to sell, together with the
price they wish to get.

A “ FLOATING WEEK” requires the purchaser to sign a pooling
agreement whereby they deposit their titled week into a pool,
and apply to the pool every year for the allocation of an
apartment at a time and apartment size that suits your holiday
requirements. There are 1034 floating weeks at the Resort.
