updated to reflect the end of the New Year (2010-2011) holiday rentals.
PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS ARE AVAILABLE NOW.
There is a week 53 at the end of this year so check the dates.
We have weeks deposited with Dial an Exchange that can give
you a weeks holiday anywhere in Queensland anytime over the next
couple of years. If you would like more details email

Bookings for our property on the Gold Coast were
really great last year and we expect it to be the same next year
with cheap air fares on offer from time to time. Bookings on the
page may not necessarily be confirmed, as people are checking on
air fares etc, so it is always worth an email to check
availability
Due to the fluctuation in the NZ Dollar we
have changed the pricing to be in Aussie Dollars.
We have also introduced a flat cleaning fee
to clean the floors and launder the bed linen etc, upon
departure. Our neighbours Jeff & Judy will also collect
you from the airport and take you there for departure, for $AUD
60.00 each way. Parking is so expensive at the Airports
that parking the vehicle there is no longer an option.
The new pricing structure is as follows:
House (including use of vehicle) $AUD90.00 per day.
Cleaning fee $AUD 60.00 or $AUD$30.00 per hour.
Collection and return to airport $AUD60.00 each way.
